I gotta 08 nytro and the a-arm bushings are all sloppy jaloppy with only 1200 miles (not impressed) I guess they are plastic and are known to wear out so i picked up a set of oilite metal bushings from ulmer racing. Anyone done this before and could give me some pointers , any tricks of the trade etc.. cause frankly it looks like a biatch of a job.

Old, worn out bushings should come out fairly easily.  Pry and use some needle nose pliers.  As far as putting in new ones, grease and a rubber mallet work well.  Just be patient.  If needed, use a socket head with the same diameter as the bushings to apply uniform pressure.
Or take Raget GT's advice.......a good dealer should do it for you with your aftermarket parts.  Have them deal with it!

Well reynolds motorsports in buxton is really taking care of me on this, they got yamaha to pay for the parts even though im outta warranty and they are only charging me $50 to install the a-arm bushings.  Smiley Smiley

Is that where you bought the sled?  If not, I would have suggested trying Ken's.  They have been great to deal with.   Cheesy

There is a re-call on front a-arms for 09 nytro's, there is a burr on the casting that get worn off and produces the "sloppy" feel, I don't know if this affects the earlier models, but if you have a-arms off, inspect them closely for these burrs.

There is a aftermarket bushing kit that is a 1000x better than the stock Yamaha kit. Ulmar racing I think makes it.
