I'm only getting a guaranteed 8-9 days of riding in this season.  I'll break the 2k mile mark though.

What are your thoughts on next weeks possible snow storm for around Black Friday? I see Accuhype is doing their normal routine.  Still too far out.

Definitly to far out, I do see colder weather as i had said in an earlier post coming in towards the end of the month going into december so we will see how things play out cold wise and storm wise, The timing on both could mean some snow for some of us, Right now getting extended cold to get the ground and small bodies of water frozen is real critical........................Gade

Deffinitly need a lot of cold with all this "R" we've been getting.  This wait is really dragging out.

1.5 acre house lot of sale in Gardiner’s most desirable neighborhood. Located on the banks of Cobosseecontee stream is Streamside Estates which is a Log and Timber Frame home community.
12 lot subdivision which is all built out, with the exception of this lot. Covenants to include building a stick or log home, with the exterior being wood. Package whether stick or log build must be purchased from Hill Top Log Homes. I checked many builders, package, lumber, and kit prices and they are very competitive. Any and all work can be done by them or your choice of contractors. Covenants available upon request. Great location within 1 mile of 295 and 2 miles from 95. Private, safe wooded dead end road.

Property includes:
Driveway and culverts in place
3 Bedroom Chamber Septic System has been installed
Drilled well that has the water tested and approved by the state.
Electricity on the property set up for under or above ground service
All site work is complete. No rock or stones, other than landscaping.
Ready for a foundation with enough fill on site to backfill.
Landscaping and stone work.

Like I said, it’s ready to have a foundation dug tomorrow and be on your way to having your own Wood style home.

ROW to Cobossee Stream 250 yards from property. 70 Rustic Lane if you want to check out the maps.

Let me know if you have any questions. Listing this on my own for a bit before I get an agent involved.

55K or trade for another piece of land in northern/western Maine.

Getting big miles out of 2 strokes isn't rare IMO I agree with racing zr's post here is my sled miles and rebuilds

93 storm 7000 0 rebuilds
95 xlt wifes 5000 miles 0 rebuilds
98 srx wifes 22,300 miles crank recalled @ 500 miles on yammies dime.
98 xc 700 7000 miles 0 rebuilds
00 srx 11,000 miles 0 rebuilds
02 srx 5500 miles 0 rebuilds
03 zr 900 11,000 1 rebuilds @ 750 miles jetting error Still warranteed by a great Cat dealer
04 F7 5000 wifes miles 0 rebuildes
06 reneegade 800 3 rebuilds 2x under warranty @ 2200 and 3300 unknown cause @ 13,300 replaced the short block as the the bottom had 3 blow ups and 444 hrs 3 blow up was due to a hole in the Y pipe

If you don't mod 2 strokes and you don't jet on the edge they will generally out last the chassis in my experiance. None of theese sled ever ran synthetic oil the 2 early Polaris' ran polaris blue the srx's and xc and cats ran Injex and the doo has run mineral doo oil. As racing said find a sled that has been well taken care of and don't put a ton of stock in the mileage Happy sleddin

buy your pass from St. Sabine club, Armstrong has plenty of money, the little clubs can benefit more.
